COVID 19 CANCELLATION POLICY

Students will be notified if a member of their class tests positive, or even if they are experiencing symptoms and we know about it. If you do not feel comfortable you do not need to attend class, but agree to accept this risk when you signup for class, and understand that a refund, exchange, or credit will not be given.

Courses Canceled by the Studio

Courses with three or fewer students enrolled are subject to cancellation at the instructor's discretion. The credit for the canceled course will be returned to your CircusDB account so that you may sign up for a different course. If no other courses meet your needs, please email birdseyeviewcircus@gmail.com to discuss options.

Full Course Enrollment or Workshop Reservation Canceled by the Student

Cancellation requests submitted 14 days or more before the start date of the course will be refunded via PayPal minus a $5 processing fee (per student, per course). Full session cancellation requests submitted 7 days or more before the start date of the course will be refunded at 50% of the course price via Paypal. No refunds, credits, pro-rating, or exchanges will be issued for cancellation requests submitted less than 7 days before the start of the course. To submit your request for a refund, please email.

Absences

There are no makeups, transfers, refunds, credits, or pro-rating for absences, planned or otherwise. Once you have enrolled in a course, you have reserved equipment and instruction time. Whether you chose to attend or not is up to you. If possible, we ask that you please cancel your reservation in CircusDB to help our instructors know whether to expect and plan for you. There is a green “cancel” button next to each date you are enrolled.

Private Lessons

Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice cannot be credited, refunded, pro-rated, or exchanged. For currently enrolled students, private lessons cancelled more than 24 hours before the start time of the lesson will be credited back to your account. Please make arrangements to reschedule with your instructor.
